The Gospels lead us to analyse seven words that Jesus, suffering and dying, said when he was nailed to the cross at Calvary. They are seven words, seven short phrases that we should meditate on in order to know who Jesus Christ is and what the meaning of His death is. They are of extreme importance, and that is why we need to meditate on them with our greatest attention and deepest respect.
