Mephibosheth, Lame on Both Feet, or, The Kindness of God

Mephibosheth was lame on both feet, his grandfather had been the unrelenting enemy of David, the new king, and his family had been virtually wiped out. But he found in David a king who acted graciously and who raised him to a position he could never have dreamed of.
