Helen Roseveare dedicated her life to serving others, first as a medical missionary, arriving in the Congo in 1953, and then also in the deep trials of life. She pioneered vital medical work in the rainforests of the Congo and has gone on to become an internationally respected speaker with WEC ministries.

This book is the Story of the joys and adventures of re-establishing the medical work, the church building programme and the work of forgiveness, necessary after the destruction of the civil war.
