A Child of Wisdom

The author lived in relative loneliness because he was true to what he believed. Only true personal communion with his Lord and Saviour sustains a soul in such circumstances. It is the joy of this personal communion which gives him the peculiar insight into the Lord's feelings which adds a special flavour to this writing.
