Ezekiel lived through the destruction of Jerusalem by the Babylonian armies, and prophesied against the disobedience of all the children of Israel - the ten and two tribes - as well as against those countries that ill-treated Israel.

But Ezekiel is unique in looking forward and prophesying, not just about the national restoration of Israel and other nations under God's blessing, but of looking at a Russian invasion - stopped by divine power alone - after the Millennium has begun, and at a temple built in size and grandeur like no other temple, occupied personally by the Lord Jesus, with a 'prince' being His regent on earth. The last three things are mentioned nowhere else in the clarity mentioned here!
