Leviticus, Vol. 1: The Offerings, chs. 1-7

The various aspects of Christ's work were represented in these offerings. But we need to remember what the Apostle declares, thet the law was but "a shadow". Christ, the offering of Christ, is the reality in which all these shadows meet. The varied colors of each and all blend as it were into that perfect light, in which God delighted as the display of His nature in His Son, become man in grace and truth.
